You do realize yall need to train your employees. These employees at night and weekends are not doing it . Spend time with them in the stores. Teach them. so many out of uniform don’t wash their hands and do not know how to make a sandwich.
if your not in the store than I need to know. this goes for all of you. If you’re on the clock not in the store or doing subway business you need to be off the clock . If you leave early or take a day off I NEED TO KNOW.
you still have to do the drug test before you send me the information along with them calling that survey number.you wrote their name on the survye form and reference number and turn it in with paperwork.
you will interview employees and you want to hire them you text me their full name and email address and I will set them up on onboarding. No more paper packets. Do not hire someone just for Monday-Friday. This is a everyday job.
ALL managers have to work at least 47 hours a week. Don't blow the labor and run the shifts.
